En esos casos puedes utilizar many o a lot of. También se puede utilizar a lot of para incontables, pero no se puede utilizar many para incontables. Un saludo. Zac

Thank you for your help, this site is very useful. However my question in this case is about “a lot of” and “man”, are the same? I mean, Is it possible to say… I know a lot of people/ I know many people; I have a lot of problems/ I have many problems. Are they equivalents or are there some contents where one of those are required? Thank you very much.
