Hola Paola,

"To catch up" también se dice en EEUU y me imagino en G.B. también. En este contexto significa "ponerse al día", es decir, cuando dos amigos se cuentan sus últimas noticias.

Un saludo. Zac

Hi Zac

I'm very keen on reading your audios, I think you had a fantastic idea so thank you so much ;-)

I recommend to everybody to write down on a table in MWord for example the most interesting words, expressions, etc so that you can take a look at them from time to time or before giving a composition to your English teacher as I usually do. It will be a huge data base which will help you to improve.

Hola Zac
en Australia he escuchado mucho "to catch up"....esa expresión es propia del Inglés australiano o es generalizada? es equivalente a decir "to get together"?
Saludos
