In the last meeting of the community, it has been authorized the installation of air conditioning set to the proprietors who wish to do so.
This installation has been approved in accordance with the following regulations: The outside flats, in the main facade and the inner ones in the facade that overlooks the gar
den.
The owner of the flat 2ºB who installed an air conditioning set in the inner yard and whose noise is disturbing the rest of the neighbours, has been advised to modify the installation within a term of six months.

Here is my contribution:

Neighbours have decided that air conditioning sets should be allowed because of the hot weather, but people have to follow some location rules. Sets will be placed on the exterior and interior facades, so that the noise doesn’t bother anyone and the area installation doesn’t spoil the common elements.

For this reason, the neighbour living on the 2B flat, who has placed the air conditioning set in the yard, have to remove it within three months.

Maybe too short??

“The neighbours consider that installing air-conditioning equipments is allowed although the operation of such equipments and their location shall not bother anyone or spoil the common elements.

Having this in mind, the neighbours’ board discussed the alternatives and finally reached an agreement; the ideal location will be the exterior and interior facades.

Some neighbours complained about an equipment that was installed in the yard and it is creating much noise and heat. The neighbours’ board agreed to ban installing such machines in the yards. Plus, a neighbour had to remove a machine once for the same reason.
The owner of flat 2B, who did not apply for a permit and installed one machine in the yard, was asked to move it from that place to the facade within 3 months”.

I tried to include all the ideas and a quite formal language although understandable for a kid. Just a try. Greetings from Belgium.
