		<description>Hi there I am Mexican who has 5 months living in California and last weekend i hear my brother in law saying this is a T.V program... Speaking about old movies bla, blabla..! and I always heard that phrase like Talking about instead of speaking about .

I just read the difference but, still kind of do not understood.. Like when you are having a propperly conversation is speak or is like the sound of the voice .. then what he used speaking about was in the wrong way or cause he was on T:V?</description>
